Return Policy
We
only accept returns and/or exchanges of products if:
- You receive an
incorrect item - The item must be in its original unopened packaging
and VaporizerKits.com must be contacted within 14 days of your receipt
of shipment. For incorrect shipments, we will also pay the return
shipping costs.
- You receive a defective item - If
your item is damaged during shipment or non-functioning, please contact
VaporizerKits.com for a prompt replacement. You must contact
VaporizerKits.com within 14 days of your receipt of shipment.
- You would like to exchange/return an unopened item - The item must be in its original unopened packaging
and VaporizerKits.com must be contacted within 14 days of your receipt
of shipment. We will exchange the returned item for another item on
VaporizerKits.com or you may also request a refund. The refund will be
less a 20% restocking fee.
After the 14 day period after the sale has been made, we will not accept any returns for any reason.
ALL sales are FINAL.
You should expect to receive your refund within a week of VaporizerKits.com receiving your package, however, in many
cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes
the transit time to VaporizerKits.com (5 to
10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we
receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your payment institution to
process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).
If you need
to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using
the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the
Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once
