Return Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for taking the time to read's return policy. Our return policy covers issues regarding incorrect shipments, defective items and exchanges. Please read carefully and if your situation fits within the specified instances, please continue on to the instructions to open a Return Request on our website through your account.

We only accept returns and/or exchanges of products if:

  • You receive an incorrect item - If you receive a product you did not order, do not open the product. The item must be in its original unopened packaging and must be contacted within 14 days of your receipt of shipment.  For incorrect shipments, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Incorrect shipments only include discrepancies between the invoice and product shipped.
  • You receive a defective item - Test run your product before you put it to good use! If your item is damaged during shipment or non-functioning, please contact (through the Refund Request tab by logging into your account).  You must contact within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. The product must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories. Defective items may be handled by the manufacturer. If this is the case, we will provide you with contact information regarding your specific case.
  • You would like to exchange/return an unopened item - The item must be in its original unopened packaging and must be contacted within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. We will exchange the returned item for another item on or you may also request a refund. The refund will be less a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return (including shipping costs). Any products received after the 14 day period will be credited with store credit.
  • After the 14 day period after the sale has been made, we will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO WARRANTY ON GLASS PARTS.

If shipping products back to we strongly recommend that you insure your package(s). We are not liable for package(s) that are lost and/or damaged during shipping.


You should expect to receive your refund within a week of receiving your package. This time period includes the transit time to (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your payment institution to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

Instructions to opening a return request:

  1. If you've read through the above stipulations and the situation applies, you may open a Return Request on our webpage though your account.
  2. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account by going to 'Sign in or Create an account' link on the top of the webpage.
  3. View your order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
  4. We'll notify you via e-mail of your Return status once we've received and processed the returned item.
